Section 195 • Punishment for taking or driving a motor vehicle without authority
Description
—Whoever takes and drives away any motor vehicle without the consent of the owner thereof or other lawful authority shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
